Can I change or cancel my plan? +
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your account will remain available on the free plan.
What happens to my open houses and leads if I cancel? +
Your account, open houses, and leads will not be deleted when you cancel a paid subscription. You will simply lose access to features that require a paid plan.
Do I need a credit card to start? +
No credit card is required to create a free account.
What is the difference between the Pro and Team plans? +
Pro plans are designed for individual agents managing their own open houses. Team plans include tools for assigning hosts, sharing listings, managing users, routing leads, and tracking results across the team.
Are there limits on open houses or leads? +
No. You can create unlimited open houses and collect unlimited leads on every plan.
Can I use a printed sign-in sheet? +
Yes. You can download a printable sign-in sheet and upload a photo of the completed sheet after the event. Showable converts the entries into digital leads ready for follow-up.
Can visitors sign in from their own phones? +
Yes. Every open house includes a QR code guests can scan to open the registration page on their own device.
Can I customize the sign-in page? +
Yes. Every plan lets you customize the messaging and lead magnet on your open house pages. Paid plans also let you customize the layout, logo, colors, fonts, and more.
Does Showable integrate with my CRM? +

Does Showable share my leads with lenders or other third parties? +
No. The leads you collect belong to you. Showable does not share or sell their contact information to lenders or other third parties for marketing purposes.
Is email follow-up included? +
Yes. Showable automatically sends a follow-up email after a visitor registers. Paid plans let you customize the content of these emails.
Can I use Showable on an iPad, tablet, or phone? +
Yes. Showable runs in the browser, so there is no app to install. You can use it on an iPad, tablet, phone, or computer.
